Day 37 Conditions of Deliverance: What is Muscle Testing by Jane Herron

Have you ever heard of muscle testing? do you want to learn how to do it? For those of you who are rigid in your thinking, you may want to skip this post. Here are the steps --this really works for me:

First your body is much like a compass, and when you line up with true North, every cell in your body activates and knows the truth ... for you. Now sometimes YOU are not ready for the truth, so you won't get an answer until you are ready.
Determine where true NORTH is in the room you are standing (or outside), face that direction, then...
ASK + you will receive
Every cell in your body knows the TRUTH so when you are facing North, you have electro-magnetically set yourself up to act like a compass---or to find your true North in your life when you feel confused
ASK: Is x-y-z for my highest and best good? IE: when at a healthfood store before buying a product I test. Yep, I face North and do this routine....everytime. I especially do it down the BULK isle asking if this product has MOLD.....It usually tests positive because people put in their dirty hands to graze. And I am the last germ-phobe on the planet!
Back to the testing. After asking if x-y-z for my highest and best good? then, IF your body rocks forward, it is a YES. if your body rocks so far forward that you fall off your toes that is a BIG YES.
Is THIS for my highest and best good? THIS is your question. Ask simple singular questions.
IF your body rocks back, it is a NO. x-y-z is not for your highest and best good.
Can you still choose IT, of course, but why would you want something that is not for your highest and best good? if your body rocks so far back that you fall off your heels, big NO
Sometimes you just sort of roll around--no yes--no no--a maybe
OR you did not ask the right question
OR it is not time for an answer
IF you feel your EGO is directing the answer that you WANT, then close your eyes, get quiet, try again--AGAIN if you FEEL it is your ego directing you--just stop--your timing is off or something is not in alignment
